Robbie was pushing 300 lbs after his heart surgery - His challenge is to work on cuts after losing about 100 lbs

 

 

Dads Training

Dad in 2023 prior to his 4 surgeries in 2024. He has now put on about 20 lbs and is pushing 190. His challenge is to get back to 170 and put on more muscle.
